Trying to find placements for my elective next year is like pulling teeth! Really wanted to go to Edinburgh, but they only offer 4 week placements and I need a 6 week placement! Same goes for Dublin.
Would love Wales, but their websites baffle me a bit… and I’m now just generally sick of scouring hospital websites for their tiny, non-specific ‘medical student elective’ page.
And don’t even get me started on Greece… their websites barely work! Obviously the recession has even affected their internet. Agh!
Seriously… if anyone here is a med student from the UK, would appreciate some advice on this matter!
